Deep Drawing Line

Deep drawing is a sheet metal forming process in which a sheet metal blank is radially drawn into a forming die by the mechanical action of a punch. Our deep drawing process involves an eleven station transfer press where our end product is progressively drawn to carefully stretch the raw material into the desired shape while maintaining consistency

Stamping Line

Stamping (also called pressing) involves placing flat sheet metal, in either coil or blank form, into a stamping press. In the press, a tool and die surface form the metal into the desired shape. Punching, blanking, bending, coining, embossing, and flanging are all stamping techniques used to shape the metal.

A semi automated deep drawing line for cylindrical cell cans and a semi automated metal stamping line for caps will be running round the clock to provide us with an estimated 20 million cans every year at our pilot facility. Our expansion plan includes a fully automated manufacturing line that has a capacity to draw and stamp upto 100 million parts every year. By partnering with the best in class manufacturers of hydraulic presses, ultrasonic washing technology and product handling techniques, we guarantee a product of highest quality by any standards.

Tooling

We fully understand that the machine tool is the heart of our manufacturing facility. Precision, consistency and overall quality of our end product is predominantly dependent on the tool we use. By partnering with EQIC Dies & Moulds Engineers, a company that has a vast experience of over 25 years in manufacture and supply of high precision, high quality, consistent and productive tooling. Our customers can rest assured that their design will be brought to life using innovative techniques and the latest technology. Click on EQIC below to learn more.
